All orders are processed within 1 business day. For in stock item it will be shipped within the same business day. Any backed ordered item can normally be processed within 1 business day, therefore adding only one addition business day to the above timeframe. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances backorder items may take longer to fulfill, in those occasion we will inform you as we receive updates from the manufacture.

The listed shipping cost for each item includes our regular shipping method via Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail. As such it is often difficult to track the shipment completely, as the final delivery is handled by the respective postal service of the recipient's country.

One thing to note about Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail, it is charged based on the total weight of the shipment, therefore it is difficult to reduce the cost of shipping and handling for an order with less than 5 units due to packaging.

Note: Some times during severe weather conditions locally (in Hong Kong) we may not be able to process orders as quickly as normal. This is due to closure of Hong Kong Post and other transports. This will be indicated by Rain Storm Warning of Yellow and above, or Storm Signal #5 and above. Such severe weather warnings will be posted on the Hong Kong Observatory web site.

• Third Party We sometimes employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. This includes fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These third party have access to personal information needed only to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
• Our Subsidiaries We currently and in the future will have sister companies and web sites that will share our customer information, this is so that our customer can have a seamless experience shopping among our sites.
• With Consent Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

If our customer desire to return an item we ask that we are first contacted for a Return Authorization and an opportunity to resolve any issues the customer may have. All items returned must be in re-sellable condition in factory sealed condition, and returned to us within 7 business days from the date of receive. The customer will bare the cost of shipping the returned item back to our warehouse.

For replacements we will exchange for an item of same or equal quality depending on the availability of the item for replacement.

By default all items are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. At the point of settlement orders are settled in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar).

We accept various credit cards and PayPal as payment. All of these payments are handled by PayPal on our behalf.

We do not collect or store any customer's billing information. All such information are collected by our payment handler, PayPal.
