The company was founded by a Hong Kong born Canadian in 2003, who has an eye for quality and shares with his suppliers' and partners' desires to do their best to deliver these products to the end-users.

Aside from a high standards on quality, Vinko's Treasures also strive to deliver the best in class customer service to all its customers, no matter what the sale amount is.

Vinko's Treasures does its best to eliminate all fine print and make each sale as explicit to the end-consumer as possible. If there is ever an item or description that you're unclear of, please be sure to clarify with our Customer Service department before completing the purchase.

We do our best to reflect the actual inventory level of our warehouse, but due to an ever changing stock level, supporting various different channels. Some times we regret that a customer's purchase will be placed on backorder..

Normally all backorderd items can be fulfilled within 5 business days, but during holiday seasons and manufacturing difficulties, backordered items may be delayed longer.
